The restaurant in the hotel is a quiet and tranquil place which is all about the quality of the food. The Italian menu was created by a superb Italian chef, the products sourced from across the city to enable us to surprise and delight our guests with some really exceptional food. This really is food beyond expectation and is of the highest quality, but most importantly of the highest taste.

Food is something the hotel has a real passion for, from our breakfast to our dinner menu, we put in a lot of effort and time to develop this aspect of our product. However we also accept that as a London hotel we are not short of competition from the copious other restaurants in London town, but if it comes to quality, flavour and value for money, then we think you will be pleasantly surprised.

Why is it called “I”?
As an Italian restaurant it may be something as simple as taking the “I” out of Italy, it may also be some play on the words innovation, ideation or imagination, or, maybe it is because an Irishman and an Italian chef came up with the name, or finally it could have been the restaurants address of 41 Inverness Terrace. However none of the above are the reason why the restaurant is called “I”.
Why it is called “I” is because for any good restaurant it is about the food, and to produce great food you have to start with the best Ingredients. So if you did wonder why we called it “I” the answer lies in the food itself.
